1. Payments are due in advance within the 12th of that respective month. Defaulters will be charged late fine of Rs. 50/-from the next subsequent date. Tuition fees for the vacation month must be cleared off before the vacation starts.

2. Fees will be collected between 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on all working days in the school office

3. No deduction of fees will be allowed for the broken period.

4. Fees once paid will not be refunded.

5. If the fees are not cleared off within that month:

• the child will not be allowed to enter the classroom.
• the child will not be permitted to appear in the examination/test.
• the child's name will be struck off the rolls in case of defaulting for two months. The re-admission is subjected to payment of all dues including readmission fees which is equal to admission fees.

6. School Tie, Belt, Identity Card, Exercise Copies, and Students' Diary will be charged extra.
